Seasonal Bar & Food Supervisors – Winter Wonderland, Norwich 2025/26
Location: Norwich
Contract: Seasonal (November 2025 – January 2026)

About the Opportunity
Winter Wonderland Norwich is back for 2025/26 — bringing festive fun, food, drink, and entertainment to the heart of the city! We’re looking for Bar Supervisors and Food Supervisors to join the team and help deliver an unforgettable event experience.
These hands-on seasonal roles are perfect for people with hospitality experience who enjoy fast-paced, customer-focused environments — and want to be part of one of Norwich’s biggest festive attractions.
Key Responsibilities
Bar Supervisors:
Support daily bar operations and stock control
Supervise and motivate bar staff
Assist with rotas and cash handling
Maintain excellent customer service and compliance standards
Food Supervisors:
Oversee food outlets and service areas
Support catering staff during busy periods
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
Assist with supplier coordination and stock checks
About You
Experience in hospitality, catering, or bar work (desirable, not essential)
Confident working in a busy, customer-facing environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
Contract & Hours
The event runs from Friday 14th November 2025 to Sunday 4th January 2026.
You’ll need to be available for evening and weekend shifts, including Christmas Eve and Boxing Day onwards.
