Job Description

Business Administration Assistant – Permanent

 

We’re currently recruiting for a Business Administration Assistant to join a friendly and professional team in a permanent, full-time role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, and keen to build a career in administration. You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day running of a busy office environment, supporting various departments and contributing to the smooth delivery of business operations.

  • Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Friday: 07:00 – 15:00
  • Total Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Hourly Rate: Starting at £12.21, rising to £13.50 upon completion of full training

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Managing correspondence including emails, calls, and post
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Scheduling meetings and supporting diary management
  • Filing, scanning, and document control
  • Assisting with internal processes and client communications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous administration or office support experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
