Business Development Manager
Salary: Starting at £32,000 (Negotiable DOE) + Commission
Location: BS9, Stoke Bishop, City of Bristol
About Us:
Resolve Recruitment Services is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, providing both temporary and permanent staffing solutions. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within our recruitment divisions.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with at least three years of experience in either hospitality or care recruitment. This is a key role in expanding our client base, developing strong partnerships, and increasing revenue. As the role grows, there will be an opportunity to build and lead a team of Business Development Executives, making this an excellent opportunity for career
progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and secure new clients within the hospitality and care sectors
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align client needs with recruitment strategies
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
- Support the growth of the business by hiring, training, and managing a team as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of three years' experience in business development within hospitality or care recruitment
- A proven track record of success in sales and client acquisition
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
- Ambition to take on leadership responsibilities as the role expands
