Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Dates: Early July & End of July
Essential Requirement: RQF Diploma Level 3
Job Description:
We are recruiting two experienced Care Coordinators to join a well-established and supportive care team in Buckinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about high-quality care and are ready to thrive in a busy, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage care staff rotas and schedules
- Maintain effective communication with clients and care staff
- Ensure compliance with care standards and policies
- Build strong relationships with service users and their families
- Support recruitment and training of care staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Care Coordinator in a domiciliary or healthcare setting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive, compassionate, and client-focused approach
- Must hold RQF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
