Forklift Operative – Counterbalance, Avonmouth, Bristol
£27,000 per annum
Monday to Friday | 12:00–20:00 + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (3 hrs)

Job Description:
Resolve Recruitment Services are working with a leading logistics company based in Avonmouth, Bristol, who are looking for a reliable and experienced Forklift Operative (Counterbalance) to join their busy warehouse team.
This is a temp-to-perm role offering long-term career potential with a well-established employer in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe and efficient use of a Counterbalance forklift
Loading and unloading HGV vehicles
Moving stock around the warehouse and yard
Ensuring goods are stored and handled correctly
Following all health and safety procedures
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays (morning only): 3 hours
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence – in-house licences accepted
Previous experience in a similar role (loading/unloading HGVs is desirable)
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Salary & Benefits:
£27,000 per annum
Weekly pay during temp period
Temp to perm
