Class 1 Day Driver – Portbury
Location: Portbury, Bristol
Shifts: Monday to Friday | Start times between 04:00–07:00
OTE: £47,727.96 based on 55 hours per week
Permanent Role | Weekly Pay | Overtime Available
Resolve Recruitment Services are working in partnership with a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics to recruit an experienced and reliable Class 1 Day Driver (C+E) for their busy operation based in Portbury, Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional driver looking for stable day shifts, a great working environment, and excellent earning potential.
Key Details:
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Start Times: Between 04:00 and 07:00
Average Drops: 5 per shift
OTE: £47,727.96 based on 55 hours per week
Weekly pay & permanent opportunity
Duties Will Include:
Completing multiple deliveries (average 5 per shift) to various sites
Performing pre-trip vehicle checks and reporting defects
Ensuring all goods are securely loaded and transported safely
Interacting professionally with customers on delivery
Accurately managing delivery paperwork and PODs
Requirements:
Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Class 1 role
Valid CPC and Digital Tacho
Ability to lift up to 18kg
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
