Salary: £30,388pa
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Class 2 Hiab Driver to join our team. As a Class 2 Hiab Driver, you will be responsible for safely delivering goods to customers, operating a Hiab crane for loading and unloading, and ensuring the secure transportation of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle with Hiab crane for loading and unloading deliveries.
- Transport goods to various customer locations across [region].
- Ensure goods are safely secured and transported in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Adhere to traffic laws and health and safety regulations at all times.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Class 2 HGV Licence.
- Valid Hiab Licence
- Good knowledge of road safety and driving regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
