HGV 2 Refuse Driver – Hallen, Bristol
Location: Hallen, Bristol
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Salary: £34,515 per annum (based on 45 hours per week)
Overtime Rate: £22.13 per hour
Earning Potential: Up to £47,800 OTE per annum
Pay: Weekly
About the Role:
Resolve Recruitment Services are working with a leading waste management and recycling company in Avonmouth, and we’re looking for reliable and experienced HGV 2 Refuse Drivers to join their busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking long-term work, regular hours, and the chance to significantly boost earnings through bonuses and overtime.
What You’ll Get:
Basic salary of £34,515 (based on a 45-hour week)
Bonus of £160 per month for maintaining a clean truck
Additional £25 per day if you’re happy to work alone
Overtime paid at £22.13 per hour
On-target earnings up to £47,800 per year
Weekly pay
Free training and ongoing support
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Minimum 6–12 months’ HGV driving experience
Valid CPC and Tachograph Card
Strong work ethic and reliability
Comfortable working alone (for solo bonus)
