Job Description
Minibus Driver – Permanent
Location: Fishponds to Horfield
Hours: 16 hours per week (Wednesday & Friday)
Pay: From £12.60-13.20 ph + 10% weekend enhancement + 50% on Bank Holidays

Resolve Recruitment Services are currently working to recruit a Minibus Driver based in Fishponds. You'll play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing and independence of elderly residents through safe and reliable transport to off-site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport residents to and from scheduled activities and outings
Assist with safe boarding and securing of residents and their wheelchairs
Collaborate closely with the Activities Team to support a variety of excursions
Carry out additional duties as requested by the care home team
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, reliable, and committed to high standards of care and safety
Minimum age 25 (due to insurance requirements)
Holds a valid D1 (Minibus) licence
Holds CPC and DIGI tacho card
Experience working with elderly individuals or in a care setting is desirable
PCV licence essential
