MOT Tester – Cribbs Causeway, Bristol
Resolve Recruitment Services are excited to partner with a leading automotive service provider in Bristol to recruit a skilled MOT Tester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified MOT Tester to join a professional and supportive team in a modern, well-equipped workshop.

Salary: £32,000 per year, with OTE up to £37,576.25
Bonus: 3% based on build targets, plus £300/month including joint and personal performance bonuses
Paid Saturdays (1 in 3, 5 hours at 1.5x overtime)

Position Details
Location: Cribbs Causeway, Bristol
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (half-hour lunch break), plus 1 Saturday in every 3
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
What You’ll Be Doing
Conducting MOT tests in line with legal and brand standards
Performing inspections on a wide range of vehicles to identify faults
Maintaining accurate records of tests and documentation
Advising customers on vehicle conditions and any necessary repairs
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
What We’re Looking For
Current MOT Tester qualification (or equivalent recognised certification)
Experience in MOT testing and vehicle inspections
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
