Clinical/Offensive Waste Van Driver – Dorset
Dorset | £28,932.80 per annum - £30,596.80 per annum
Full-Time | Permanent | Overtime Available
Start and finish from home | Uniform & vehicle provided
Resolve Recruitment Services are working in partnership with, a leading name in specialist hygiene services, to recruit a reliable and motivated Clinical/Offensive Waste Van Driver for their growing Dorset operation.
This is a busy and varied role with great support, strong earning potential, and long-term career opportunities. If you're self-motivated, physically fit, and looking to join a company going through an exciting transformation, this could be the role for you.
What You Can Expect:
£28,932.80 per year (based on 40 hours, without ADR)
£30,596.80 per year (based on 40 hours, with ADR)
Regular paid overtime available during the week
Full uniform and your own company van provided
Start your day from home, with access to the operational centre when needed
A fun, friendly team and supportive senior management
Full induction, technical and product training provided
Use of a company iPad to manage daily tasks
20 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience driving transit box-type vans
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Presentable, professional, and customer-friendly
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physically fit – this is an active, hands-on role
A logical, proactive approach to tasks
Basic computer literacy (preferred, not essential)
Clean driving licence required
ADR licence is an advantage – but not essential (full training provided)
