Vehicle Technician Opportunities – Bristol (Cribbs Causeway)

We are currently recruiting skilled Vehicle Technicians at Level 2, Level 3, and Senior Diagnostics levels. Position Details
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00, plus 1 Saturday in every 3 (paid at 1.5x overtime)
Location: Cribbs Causeway, Bristol
Salary & Bonus Packages:
Level 2: £30,000 – OTE £35,438 + 3% bonus
Level 3: £35,000 – OTE £40,650 + 3% bonus
Senior Diagnostics: £37,000 – OTE £40,829 + 3% bonus
Bonuses include £300/month based on joint and personal performance, including Saturday premium
What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles
Diagnosing and resolving faults both in the workshop and on the road
Using up-to-date tools, systems, and diagnostic equipment to ensure first-time fixes
Maintaining brand standards and ensuring safety compliance at all times
Contributing to team productivity through efficient use of workshop systems
Participating in ongoing technical and brand-specific training
What We’re Looking For
Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points)
Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Level 2 for Level 2 positions)
Main dealership experience preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail, customer-focused mindset, and professional approach
Willingness to work Saturdays (1 in 3) and occasional overtime
